Refund Policy
At Luz Spa Studio, we value your time and ours. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and respectful for both sides.
1. Refund Eligibility
To receive a full refund of your deposit, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your session or no-shows are not eligible for a refund and may result in a $50 fee.
2. How to Request a Refund
ll refund requests must be made by contacting us directly. Deposits are not refunded automatically.

Outstanding service charges are only collected after the appointment is completed.
3. Late Arrivals & Missed Appointments
Clients may arrive up to 15 minutes late without losing their appointment.
After 15 minutes, we cannot guarantee service as another client may be scheduled right after.
No-shows or late arrivals beyond this limit will result in a $50 fee and no refund of the deposit.
4. Policy Changes
We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Please review it before each booking.
